The compensation package includes an hourly rate of $33.00, plus incentives. Pay offers are tailored to a candidate’s education, skills, and experience.

Cover Driver Role
:
Responsible for filling in when regular Line Haul Drivers are unavailable due to vacation or illness. The driver follows the absent driver’s schedule, typically starting around 12:00 AM, focusing solely on driving duties. When not covering, responsibilities include yard jockeying trucks and trailers and performing warehouse tasks, including case handling.

Schedule
:
Monday to Thursday, 4 days a week, guaranteed 40 hours, home daily.

Requirements
:
Class A CDL + Doubles/Triples Endorsement required.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections on the vehicle.
  • Adhere to safe and courteous operation of the delivery vehicle.
  • Complete all required paperwork daily, including DOT logbook and driver vehicle inspection report (DVIR).
  • Report to work in compliance with company uniform standards.
  • Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Plan trip logistics and obtain necessary documents to transport goods.
  • Ensure cargo is secured properly and compliant with safety requirements.
  • Report any incidents to the dispatcher.
  • Maintain vehicle, product, and equipment tidy and in good working order.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience.
  • Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). A Commercial Driver’s License required.
  • Doubles/Triples Endorsement required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physical Demands
  • Walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping for considerable periods.
  • Additional hours may be required during October, November, and December and other peak periods.
  • Capable of working flexible hours, including overnight, early morning, and/or late evening.
  • May require lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 56 lbs.

This position is deemed a safety‑sensitive position. As such, any person given a conditional offer of employment will be required to pass a drug test.
