A national logistics company is seeking a driver with a Class A CDL for an OTR solo position covering all 48 states. Candidates must have obtained their Class A within the last year and have limited experience with other carriers. Training in Springdale, AR includes orientation and mentor training, with compensation starting at 0.35cpm. After 3 months, pay increases to 0.50cpm and further to 0.55cpm after a year.
