Wholesale Delivery CDL-A Driver – Kansas City

Join Anderson Erickson Dairy as a Wholesale Delivery CDL-A Driver and play a vital role in distributing dairy products across the Kansas City metropolitan area. This position is based in our Kansas City, KS terminal and offers delivery services throughout the region, with a requirement to cross state lines.

The role operates Monday through Saturday on scheduled shifts, with various days off. Deliveries are local, metro, and regional routes. No overnight travel, but evening hours (10 PM‑4 AM) are common for route assignments.

• Operate a highway commercial vehicle safely, maintaining a clean driving record.
• Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Plan and execute product load organization for efficient deliveries.
• Prioritize customer requirements and adapt to route obstacles.
• Demonstrate professionalism with customers and the public.
• Uphold the company's brand enthusiasm and integrity.

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving history.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and manipulate heavy carts of product.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal, reading, writing).
• Prepared to travel across state lines.
• Commitment to meet all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Pre‑employment medical examination, drug screening, physical capacity test, and background check required.

• Hourly pay with mileage and commission opportunities based on route and performance.
• Full company benefits start the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
