Field Resource Foreman – Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms
We are hiring a Field Resource Foreman to oversee safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI field service projects within your region.
General Purpose of the JobThe Foreman is responsible for safety, quality, and timely service delivery to all WTI customers. This includes leading the crew, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing project execution and risk exposure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Conduct daily onsite safety briefings with the Sales Rep, customer, and crew; complete and submit Daily Hazard Analysis forms.
- Ensure all project communications are completed before project start, including coordination with the Field Resources Supervisor, Sales Reps, crew, and customers.
- Manage crew start/end times and daily productivity; ensure tools and materials are available and meet project scope and specifications.
- Perform end‑of‑day and/or end‑of‑project walkthroughs using the company‑mandated reporting tool to verify workmanship quality and address punch list items.
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction for all Field Resources Reps.
- Order, track, and monitor inventory; submit quarterly cycle counts on time.
- Provide pricing for self‑performing projects over $12,500 and submit proposals over $20,000 for supervisory approval.
- Monitor and manage Field Reps, consult with the Supervisor for corrective actions, and involve HR as required.
- Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules and review time reports daily with the admin team.
- Attend all calls, meetings, and trainings as scheduled.
- Perform any other duties or projects as directed by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the roofing industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of built‑up, EPDM, PVC, and other low‑slope roofing systems, as well as metal and steep‑slope roofing systems and their repair.
- 30‑hour OSHA certification.
- Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities
- Willingness to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to work weekends and/or holidays when required.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
The salary range for this position is generally $55,000–$75,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, company pension plan, and continuing education.
