Plumber (Full-Time) at A-1 Sewer & Septic Service & A-1 HVAC

Kansas City, KS. Salary: $49,425.00 – $67,958.00 per year.

We are looking for an individual that exhibits these qualities to join our team as a full‑time plumber.
Job Responsibilities- Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of pipes, fixtures and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal for residential and commercial customers.
- Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions and failures.
- Ensure proper billing and daily documentation of activities.
- Year round, full‑time work
- Commission based pay ($50,000 to $95,000/year on average)

- Must possess a "CAN DO" attitude.
- Must have plumbing service repair experience for residential and commercial job sites.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must have good customer communication.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
- Must participate in a rotating on‑call schedule.
- Must have good knowledge of Kansas City area.
- Must have good workmanship and driving skills.
- Must provide own hand tools.
