• Deliver outstanding customer service, walking homeowners through findings, solutions, and safety recommendations.
• Perform accurate inspections, ensuring all work meets safety standards and Garage Pros’ quality expectations.
• Document job details with notes, photos, and recommendations in mobile dispatch apps.
• Identify upgrade opportunities and value‑add services that enhance safety, performance, or aesthetics.
• Uphold Garage Pros’ reputation for honesty, professionalism, and reliable craftsmanship.

• Strong mechanical aptitude; garage door experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs., climb ladders, and confidently use hand & power tools.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills & comfort with mobile technology (Service Titan or similar apps is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
