Water Restoration Lead Technician - Kansas City, KS
Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service is seeking a Water Restoration Lead Technician for our Kansas City, KS branch. This is a growth role in our newest division, water restoration. The average earnings for this position are $60,000-$70,000 depending on experience. To be considered, you must have ASD/WRT certification

Our water restoration division is expanding rapidly and we are adding team members. We are seeking a Lead Water Restoration Technician for our Kansas City, KS location. The position offers an opportunity to lead restoration projects and contribute to our growing team.
Responsibilities- Promote our commercial and residential services to insurance agents for properties damaged by water
- Serve as front line and first responder for the company
- Inspect sites and present solutions to customers
- Use Xactimate software to create proposals
- Act as the point of contact for customers and insurance agents throughout the project
- Ensure projects are completed within established time frames and to customer satisfaction
- Sales management experience, preferably in restoration or service industry
- Strong customer service focus with effective communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in using Xactimate software
- Must have ASD/WRT certification
- AMRT certification is preferred but not required
