Axiom Property Management, based out of Kansas City, is an owner/operator in the multifamily industry with 30 properties with more than 3,000 units in the greater Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician that will be based at our properties primarily in the Shawnee, Mission, and Kansas City, KS areas, but also occasionally servicing our other properties in the greater Kansas City Metro.
The key responsibilities are to ensure that all maintenance tickets are completed in a timely manner, perform preventative maintenance of the properties and assure that vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “market ready” status according to the Regional Manager’s timetable. In addition, the Maintenance Technician will assist with grounds, swimming pools and other tasks assigned by the Regional Manager or the Community Manager.
Base Hourly Rate:
Up to $27/hr based on industry experience
- Ability to pass a criminal/driving record check
