Position: Medical Specialist I - Dermatology - Kansas

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies within key accounts in the Dermatology therapeutic area
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patient advocacy support groups
  • Collaborate with colleagues to proactively address customer needs
  • Analyze market trends to support brand and corporate objectives
  • Participate in industry-related congresses and medical conferences to promote sales success
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree;
    Master’s degree or advanced certifications are a plus
  • At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with specialty biopharmaceutical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in the Immunology market or a similar biologic specialty market
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance in complex markets
  • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the dermatology field
  • Strong understanding of disease states, treatment options, and healthcare trends
  • Ability to adapt focus dynamically based on brand strategy needs
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both internal and external partners
  • Competitive spirit and strong ethical values in sales approach
