Bilingual Inbound Sales Consultant - Base Pay + Uncapped Incentive (Hybrid - Kansas City)
Join our February 2026 class of Inbound Sales Consultants and help customers protect what matters most. This role involves responding to inbound calls, promoting Farmers insurance products, consulting with customers to understand their needs, and selling products that fit best. Outbound calls may also be made to optimize sales potential.
Uncapped Compensation- Guaranteed annual base pay of $40,268 - $47,507 based on experience
- Uncapped performance‑based incentive, with the potential to increase earnings by up to $27,300 on average
- Top performers can earn up to an additional $75,000 above base pay
- 5% bilingual incentive
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment
- Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals

- Direct sales skills and aptitude to influence customers and close the sale
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adapt style to each call and explain complex policy details understandably
- Eligibility to obtain resident/non‑resident property and casualty license in required states
- Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering customer data, generating quotes and binding the business; make outbound calls when needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships; educate customers on coverages and costs
- Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross‑sell and upselling opportunities
- Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers
- Self‑motivated & goal‑oriented; set ambitious goals and chase them relentlessly
- Customer‑focused; build trust and tailor solutions with empathy

Workplace:
Hybrid (at least 3 days in office, up to 2 days virtual for employees within 50 miles of a Farmers corporate office). Office located at 10200 Abilities Way, Kansas City, KS 66111.
Initial training may require in‑office attendance. After training, work hybrid model: 3 in‑office days, 2 virtual days. Shift schedule may vary; availability for evenings, Saturdays, and holidays required.
Full‑time – 40 hours/week (five 8‑hour shifts per week)
Training
Hours:
9:30 am – 6 pm CT;
Monday‑Friday: 7 am – 9 pm CT;
Rotational Saturdays: 8 am – 4:30 pm CT.
High School Diploma or GED.
