Utility Trailer Parts Counter Person – Geis Dealer Group Base Pay Range

$20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Geis Utility Trailer is looking for a motivated and aggressive individual with parts sales experience to join our growing team. As a team member of the Utility Trailer parts counter, representatives are responsible for properly identifying necessary parts and completing sales transactions with customers over the counter, via email, phone, and/or online portals, with the highest level of customer service.

Full-time

Monday - Friday (10:30am-7:00pm) and once a month on Saturday (8:00am-12:00pm)

• Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts.
• Providing product information to customers.
• Answering phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Pulling and filling orders from stock.
• Maintaining customer satisfaction at or above company standards.
• Assisting with inventory validation.
• Contributing to departmental production and profitability goals.
• Applying common sense when needed while staying within Geis Dealer Group’s guidelines.

• Some heavy lifting required.
• Promotes and maintains a positive, team‑oriented, and customer‑focused attitude within the department.
• Demonstrates positive resourcefulness & versatility in a fast‑paced, changing-priority environment.

• Parts Counter sales experience required.
• Aftermarket experience strongly preferred.
