Position: Sales Executive, SMB - Tax (MN, IA, KS, OK, TX)

Responsibilities
  • Drive business results by identifying and building opportunities within commercial accounts
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, using One Source sales methodology
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers for upselling post-initial sale
  • Regularly update management and CRM systems with sales activities and progress
  • Provide market intelligence to inform internal business decisions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative sales with a focus on complex software and services
  • Proven track record in maintaining customer satisfaction and closing sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in engaging C-suite executives
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in selling consulting or professional services engagements
  • Ability to create accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Strong experience with various communication and productivity platforms
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver on agreements
  • Background in accounting/tax is a plus
