What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive business results by identifying and building opportunities within commercial accounts
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, utilizing the One Source sales methodology
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers post-sale for upselling opportunities
  • Communicate regularly with management and update sales activities in the CRM
  • Provide market intelligence to inform internal business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative sales with a focus on complex software and services
  • Proven track record in balancing prospecting and existing customer sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet urgent deadlines
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations to both small and large groups
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in accounting or tax-related fields
  • Strong C-suite engagement skills and a history of significant quota achievement
  • Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Familiarity with email, SFDC, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom
  • Experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
