Ferrero Asia Pacific is seeking a driven National Field Sales Manager to lead field sales operations in Singapore. This role partners closely with the Country Sales Manager to achieve ambitious sales targets, optimize in-store visibility, and ensure Ferrero’s brands stand out in the marketplace.
* University degree in Business or related field
* Relevant experience in sales, preferably within FMCG, with a strong track record of team leadership
* Deep understanding of both traditional and modern trade channels, with experience in channel and customer planning
* Strategic thinker with strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills
* Proactive, dynamic, and resilient leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlines
* Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
