Pay Range: $44, annually (100% Commission Based)

Our top sales professionals can make over $130,000 per year.

• Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression
• Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid “grouping” or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
• Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products – find the perfect fit
• Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
• Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance
• High degree of self-motivation and project positive attitude
• Customer centric and enjoys serving others
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

(TX Design Gallery Sales)

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or equivalent experience preferred
• 5 years furniture sales required
• Ability to work early mornings/late nights and weekends based on business needs
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Professional, neat and clean-cut appearance

• Customer centric and enjoys serving others
• Ability to establish rapport and develop trust with customers
• Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
• Ability to use MS Office applications and navigate the internet
