Hourly rate: $23.25 per hour.

Plus opportunity for weekly incentives up to 50% more per hour.

First retention bonus: $500 (attend all scheduled days of work for 30 days from hire date and meet required production goals).
Second bonus: $1,500 (maintain excellent attendance throughout a 90‑day period and consistently meet required production goals at time of reaching 90 days).

Full time/union membership offer in as little as 5 weeks if you qualify. Offer is based on performance in meeting our minimum production standard. Full time employment includes a progressive pay structure up to $30.59/hr, company‑paid pension, PTO opportunities and an excellent company‑paid health benefits package.

• Manual case selection using VO‑collect headset and double pallet jack.
• Take orders to loading dock for shipment.
• Shift starts at 11:00 am and continues until the work is complete.

• Must be 18 or older and able to work weekends.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift up to 90 lbs.
• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures (from room temperature to –10°).
