Our overnight grocery team works together to get products back on the shelves and support our daytime operations. These teammates work behind the scenes to ensure our shelves are stocked, rotated, and our displays are well merchandised for customers. If you are a night person who enjoys working with others to accomplish tasks within deadlines, then this is the position for you.

• Ordering products from appropriate vendors.
• Familiarizing with GOT gun/pricing.
• Rotation, date checking, and working with markdowns.
• Using markdown stickers to reduce shrink.
• Cleaning racks, shelves, and floors daily.
• Setting dairy displays with cross merchandising to increase sales.
• Processing new items upon arrival, ensuring they are in the system, and tagging them.
• Communicating needs with the Grocery Manager and evening stockers.

• Grocery experience of 1 or more years is beneficial.
• Management experience of 2 or more years, retail environment preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with holiday sales to understand seasonal needs.
• Self-motivated worker requiring minimal supervision to meet goals (gross profit and shrink).

• Low out-of-stock levels.
• Maintaining a low shrink percentage.
• Creating excellent displays with cross merchandising.
• Keeping products and work areas organized.
• Demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Working well in a team, showing respect and integrity to customers and teammates.

This position involves heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and unloading trucks.
