While we may not have an immediate opening for this role, we’re always collecting resumes for future opportunities on our incredible Inventory Management team.

This role supports our Inventory Management Department by helping our retail members with anything and everything related to orders, ads, and prebooks. It’s a mix of phone calls, emails, coordination, and good old-fashioned problem-solving — all while keeping customer satisfaction front and center.

• Answer calls and emails from our retail members with a smile (and speedy responses!)
• Be the go-to problem solver — assisting our buyers and members to make sure everyone’s happy
• Adjust orders and update reports as needed
• Submit retail prebook orders and process promotional info
• Keep the team in the loop on anything that could affect service levels
• Help with handbills, emergency ads, and food show orders — no two days are the same!

• A high school diploma
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Comfort using Microsoft Office (Access is a plus!)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask like a champ
• A team player who brings positive energy
