Overview

Operations Associate - Legends @ Vlg West  Operations Associate role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service:
  You’re moving around the store quickly, assisting customers with questions or requests.
• Executes pricing and signing:
  Update ticket prices and in-store signage efficiently.
• Replenish and restock the store:
  Pull and prepare merchandise to ensure styles and sizes are available on the sales floor.
• Receive and unload merchandise:
  Work with co-workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards:
  Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel:
  Contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy:
  Implement plans communicated by leadership for merchandise placement and maintain merchandising standards to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Participates in a learning environment:
  Absorb information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other processes.

• Work experience:
  
  1-2 years retail experience.
• Shift: Early morning, part-time availability.

Pay Range USD 12.00– USD 15.00 per hour. Eligible benefits may include medical/dental/vision, term life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, 401(k) with Company match, and associate discount. All associates may be eligible for paid holidays; additional compensation applies on designated holidays.
