Chicken N Pickle is a unique, indoor/outdoor family entertainment complex that includes a casual, chef-driven restaurant and sports bar, pickleball courts and professional instruction, space for live entertainment, and yard games with outdoor lounging. Each venue offers indoor and outdoor space for public and private parties and hosts events including concerts, charitable fundraisers, watch parties, and more. • Coordinate daily Front of House, Pickleball, and Back of House operations; supervise managers; control operational costs and identify areas to reduce waste.
• Hire and terminate team members with department managers and promote continuous growth among employees by training them on proper customer service techniques.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards, as well as state and federal food and alcohol guidelines.
• Manage the restaurant’s brand, actively respond to customer complaints, implement policies that create positive changes, and encourage continuous skill development through training programs and online courses.
• Participate in the active environment of Chicken N Pickle, with employees averaging around 10 thousand steps per day.

• 3+ years of high-volume management experience and knowledge of food safety and liquor standards.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software such as Point of Sale (POS) and Hot Schedules; ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Strong people skills, a willingness to learn, and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to lead, be flexible with large events and inclement weather, and work holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Bilingual is preferred.

Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 + Monthly Bonuses
