Job Description Summary

Serve food and beverage offerings following safe food and beverage practices. Provide extraordinary hospitality service to all guests on match days.

• Pay starting at $25.00 per hour plus tips

• Greet guests immediately
• Provide professional service
• Menu and product knowledge
• Basic bartending experience
• Take; and deliver guest beverage orders
• Problem solve
• Promptly address any customer service issues, direct to manager as needed
• Perform beginning and ending inventory of assigned area
• Implement steps of service
• Follow safe food handling practices
• Follow all responsible alcohol service policies
• Maintain a clean and polished uniform
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow City Foods & Events and Sporting Kansas City policies and procedures

• Be able to interact with high profile guests and fellow associates in a friendly, professional manner
• Capable of working in a high-volume environment with calm, collected attitude
• Proficient in multi-tasking while maintaining safe food and beverage handling
• Strong teamwork attitude
• Able to read, understand, and follow written directives
• Presents a cooperative work attitude and cheerfully accepts job responsibilities

• Minimum 1-year experience in food and beverage industry
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
