Job Description SummaryResponsible for setting up and maintaining supply of buffet items, taking food and beverage orders from guests, and following all rules and regulations regarding food and alcohol service. Demonstrates a knowledge of menu or buffet items and specials. Keeps work area clean and sufficiently stocked. Secures payment for food and beverage orders in premium spaces.
Job Description ASSOCIATE PERKS- Pay starting at $20.00 per hour.

- Oversee all game-day operations within the assigned concession stand
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with NPO groups, bartenders, and subcontracted staff
- Demonstrate strong menu, product, and promotional knowledge
- Assign, monitor, and verify completion of all game-day tasks
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Identify, analyze, and proactively resolve operational issues
- Complete beginning and ending inventory for designated stand
- Implement and uphold steps of service standards
- Assist management in ensuring proper food & beverage service, sanitation, and product quality
- Ensure all Sporting KC policies and procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform and ensure associates meet appearance standards
- Communicate effectively with management regarding issues, incidents, or notable events
- Set up assigned concession stand prior to match day
- Assist with end-of-season stand shutdown and inventory processes
- Collaborate with staff and management to reduce waste and maximize sales
- Friendly, professional demeanor with guests and fellow associates
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a high-volume environment
- Strong multitasking and delegation skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Demonstrates accountability and ownership of responsibilities
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or a high-volume service environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on event needs
- Willingness to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
