Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Medical ICU RN with hospital ICU experience and eligibility for a KS or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Medical ICU unit

• Day shifts from 07:00 to 19:00

• 13-week assignment

• Provides care to critically ill adult patients

• Responsible for delivering critical care nursing to adult ICU patients

• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travelers

• Flu and COVID vaccination documentation may be required

• Team-based environment with support from other ICU staff

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required

• Minimum one year of recent experience in Medical ICU required

• Workplace Violence Prevention training required (can be completed online)
