School-Based LPN Elementary Student Support | Overland Park, KS

Location: Kansas City, KS (20 minute drive from Overland Park, KS)
Dates: ASAP – May 22, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week
Setting: Onsite only

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1:1 school-based assignment supporting an elementary-aged student with medical needs. This role requires hands‑on experience with G‑tube and tracheostomy care and a strong commitment to student safety, dignity, and well-being.

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to an elementary student throughout the school day
• Perform and monitor G‑tube feedings and tracheostomy care
• Monitor student health status and respond appropriately to medical needs
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all care plans and protocols
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and state health regulations
• Maintain consistent, reliable onsite attendance

• Active Kansas LPN license
• Prior experience with G‑tube and trach care
• Ability to work independently in a school setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
