• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Knowledge of basic business and labor procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks reliably

• Hi-Lo / forklift certification
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics software
• Familiarity with OEM shipping, packaging, and routing guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is a plus

• Ability to operate forklifts (preferred)
• Willingness to undergo internal and departmental training programs
• Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures
• Some international or supplier coordination experience is beneficial
