• Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvement

• Experience with ERP and purchasing systems
• Knowledge of safety protocols and accident investigation
• Familiarity with production system methodologies and change management

• Industry-specific training and certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in supervising production teams in automotive or manufacturing sectors

• Ability to work in dynamic production environments, including sitting, standing, and physical movement
• Must be able to perform computer-based tasks and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
