Reporting to the West Director of Sales: the DSM leads a municipal and industrial team of front‑line and inside sellers, driving performance through KPI monitoring, coaching, and data‑driven strategies.

• Measure performance against critical KPIs within the division.
• Travel with sellers to coach, develop skills, and create opportunities with customers.
• Translate strategic objectives from the West and greater North America sales organization into tactical actions for sellers.
• Forecast sales performance and maintain rigorous funnel reviews during the period.
• Problem‑solve and link resources within the organization to sellers as needed.
