Associate Attorney

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's rights law firms with offices in CA, NY, IL, MI, OH, GA, and FL. The firm is seeking an Associate Attorney in the Kansas City, Kansas office who is licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri.

• Court Appearances – Prepare and appear for court hearings within reasonable travel distance, primarily on the eastern side of the state. Travel overnight may be required; driving a personal vehicle is necessary for certain locations.
• Court Coverage Placements – Review and request coverage when an associate will not appear, attach necessary documents and orders, and arrange coverage for the firm’s attorneys.
• Mid‑Litigation Motions and Responses – Draft, review, and file motions as required during litigation.
• Trials and Arbitrations – Prepare for trials and arbitrations, which may involve overnight stays in distant counties.
• Communications with Attorneys, Employers, and Consumers – Communicate with consumers, their employers, and other attorneys to resolve accounts and suits.

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas and Missouri. Additional licensing in IA, NE, , CA, WA, OR, AK, HI, NV is welcomed.
• Comfortable appearing in court and consistently arriving on time using personal transportation.
• Travel may be required; the firm reimburses mileage at IRS rates and other approved travel expenses in the subsequent pay period after reimbursement submission.
• Strong multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills for a high‑volume case load.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
