Overview

Polsinelli is seeking a junior associate to join our Real Estate Finance Practice Group. This position is open to any of our offices. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, large law firm experience in real estate finance law, and superb writing and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have two to six years of broad real estate finance experience. Candidates should have experience with loan origination work for large structured commercial real estate finance transactions, including mezzanine loans and preferred equity, as well as asset management and workout experience. Qualified candidates will also have the ability to run transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post‑closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work, and other exit strategies.

• Two to six years of broad real estate finance experience.

• Ability to run transactions on behalf of lenders from inception through closing and post‑closing, including secondary market repurchase facility work.
• Ambition, drive, and team orientation to help grow and support our national practice.
• JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the candidate intends to practice.

Compensation
:
Salary will range between $220,000 - $390,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and paid time off.
