In-House Attorney - Corporate Counsel; Litigation

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry, manage litigation and regulatory matters, and counsel on evolving competitive landscapes.

You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters, draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and grow rapidly.

• 3–7 years of experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
• Strong academic and professional background
• Eye for detail, creative thinking, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
• Relocation to Madison, WI is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
• COVID-19 vaccination required
