Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant - Must have AP experience

Kansas City, KS Hybrid - must be willing to go onsite when needed, hybrid schedule

Long term contract

• Assess current AP processes and identify manual pain points and bottlenecks.
• Define automation goals aligned with business objectives (e.g., reduce manual entry, accelerate invoice processing, improve compliance).
• Configure and update Oracle Fusion to support AP automation, including:
  • Invoice imaging and workflow approvals
  • Supplier self-service
  • Integration with expense management
• Simplify business workflows into Fusion capabilities by translating requirements into functional solutions.
• Provide consulting, guidance, and hands-on configuration support; collaborate with technical resources for deeper development needs.
• Ensure alignment with best practices for invoice-to-payment processes, expense report automation, and compliance.
• Support exception handling, payment processing, and reconciliation improvements.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Oracle Fusion experience (AP module focus).
• Strong understanding of AP workflows and financial processes.
• Techno-functional skill set: primarily functional with ability to configure and update Fusion solutions.
• Experience with invoice automation, workflow approvals, and expense management integration.
• Familiarity with integration between Fusion and third-party systems (e.g., OnBase).
• Excellent communication and consulting skills to work with business stakeholders.
