Front Desk Representative

Boyd Gaming Corporation is a premier casino entertainment company in the United States, dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role involves operating the hotel reservation systems (LMS, CMS, RMS) and utilizing the Revenue Management System (ARMS) to facilitate guest reservations. The Front Desk Representative will assist marketing and player teams with special event bookings, interact with executive hosts, and support food & beverage reservations.

• Operate LMS, CMS, and RMS systems to make accurate reservations.
• Greet hotel guests and perform check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Communicate with executive hosts regarding hotel stays.
• Assist marketing and player departments with reservations for special events, gaming tournaments, and parties.
• Help food and beverage department with outlet reservations.
• Make informed decisions about comped, discounted, and full rate rooms.
• Answer guest inquiries about the hotel, casino, and community.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Ability to add, subtract, and audit accounts accurately.
• Proficiency with handling money and following established procedures.
• Competency in operating LMS, CMS, and RMS computer systems.
• Typing accuracy on a computer keyboard.
• Knowledge of credit card transactions via electronic draft system.
• Capability to obtain and maintain any certifications or licenses required by local gaming regulations.
