The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in keeping that promise by leading our housekeeping team to deliver spotless rooms, relaxed island vibes, and exceptional guest experiences. • Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations, including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry team members
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Margaritaville brand standards for cleanliness and presentation
• Assign daily work schedules and ensure staffing levels align with occupancy needs
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every stay feels like a worry-free getaway
• Maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment; report needs to management
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times
• Communicate effectively with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
