Overview
Flint Hills Technical College is seeking a full-time faculty member to coordinate the Allied Health Programs and to instruct Certified Nurse Aide, Certified Medication Aide, and Home Health Aide courses beginning with the Spring 2026 semester. The Allied Health Course Supervisor/Instructor maintains the current curriculum for all courses certified by the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) and ensures adherence to current instructional practices.
QualificationsLicensed as a Registered Nurse in Kansas with no pending or current disciplinary actions or hold a current RN unencumbered license. Minimum two years of experience working in long-term care in an adult care home as an LPN or RN. Minimum two years of clinical experience as an RN. Minimum two years licensed nursing experience that includes at least 1,750 hours as a licensed nurse in a home health care service.
Employment is contingent upon completing a successful background check and KDADS application.
Full-time, 9-month position. A competitive salary range commensurate with experience and education level. KPERS retirement plan. 100% Employer-paid health insurance for the employee. Annual salary is distributed over 12 months. Flexible teaching schedule.
