Financial Analyst

Summary:

A Kforce client is hiring a Financial Analyst in Kansas City, KS. The role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary + bonus, and generous benefits.

• Develop forecasts, budgets, and management reports
• Conduct variance and cash flow analyses
• Support project financials, intercompany consolidations, and month‑end close
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership
• Assist with financial modeling, SG&A reviews, and audit support

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of financial analysis experience (FP&A)
• Strong Excel skills (charting/graphics a plus);
  Epicor experience preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
• Understanding of GAAP and ERP systems
• Go‑getter attitude, superior attention to detail, team player

The pay range provided is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
