Structural Steel Fabricator / Metal Fabrication

A structural steel fabricator and erector in the area is looking for someone with your experience. They are continuing to grow and are looking to add to their team. They have a strong and highly skilled group focused on teamwork and collaboration. The ideal candidate is capable of creating detailed fabrication drawings for structural steel components from architectural and structural design plans.

Experience using 2D and 3D designing software is highly preferred – STRUMIS. Candidates must have a strong working knowledge of detailing design standards and experience with miscellaneous metal construction.

• 5 years steel detailing experience required
• Areas of experience must be primarily in structural steel detailing
• Detail-oriented, strong problem‑solving skills, excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excel, e‑mail and internet applications, PDF and image management software
• STRUMIS experience preferred
