A fast‑growing company in the Commercial Vehicle sector is looking for an Electrical Engineer with a passion for product design and development and a proven track record of design, development and launch of innovative and robust electrical components and systems. The candidate is skilled at creating and translating product requirements into solutions, including application of expert knowledge of electrical component and system best practices and a history of delivering functionality, reliability and technical innovation.

• Design, development and launch of electrical components and systems
• Continuous improvement, including cost reduction and reliability improvement actions
• Innovation and technology roadmap development
• Working integrally with the broader engineering team
• Hands‑on collaboration with Manufacturing and Procurement Team Members
• Hands‑on collaboration with key suppliers

• BS EE, MS EE Preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong project management skills, with excellent follow‑up skills
• Problem solver – adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Detail‑oriented
• Strategic thinker
• Proficient in Auto Cad or Autodesk Inventor
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications:
  Word, Excel and Outlook

• Experience working in Manufacturing and/or Distribution industries preferred; knowledge and/or experience in the vehicle industry a plus
