Overview

Nuvia Dental Implant Center is looking for a skilled Oral Surgeon to join our Kansas City, KS location to help redefine dental implant excellence. Compensation
: $500,000 - $1,000,000+ per year

• Maximize earnings with Nuvia’s generous per arch rate.
• Operate with a steady stream of cases and participate in a bonus structure based on volume.
• Provide CRNA, sedation, and secure airway for every case.
• Perform all fixed AOX cases; no singles or multiples; focus on streamlined, efficient surgical experiences.
• Support permanent next-day restoration; prostheses delivered in 24 hours by on-site restorative doctors.
• Utilize a titanium bar cross stabilization and digital workflow to improve implant success and prosthetic passivity.
• Work with no non-compete or restrictive covenants; two days per week with potential for more.
• Receive hands-on complex case training and collaborate with an internal network of other surgeons.

• Graduation from a U.S. accredited four-year dental school (DDS/DMD) required.
• Post-graduate training in a U.S. surgical program with a certificate to practice Oral Surgery.
• Unrestricted, active dental license in the state of operation.
• DEA registration; current ACLS and BLS certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
• Experience with All-on-X procedure.

• Perform dental implant surgery including extraction of teeth and alveolectomy as necessary.
• Collaborate with the restorative doctor to aid in treatment planning for optimal outcomes.
• Examine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive treatment plans.
• Adhere to center policies and procedures, safety, OSHA and MSDS guidelines.

• Typical surgical hours are Monday–Thursday starting at 7:00 am.
• 2+ consecutive days per week, depending on need.
• 1099 contractor position.

• Collaboration with an internal network of surgeons, peer-to-peer case reviews, and mentorship.
• Oral Surgeon owned company; collaborative team environment focused on patient care.
