This is a full-time Construction Health & Safety Technician role, based on-site in Kansas City, KS. As part of the role, the technician will oversee and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at construction sites. Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, implementing safety procedures, monitoring workplace conditions, and providing safety training to staff. Additional duties involve investigating incidents, reporting findings, and recommending improvements to enhance occupational health and safety.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Health & Safety practices and Occupational Health knowledge
- Expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) protocols
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing risks and safety measures
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively train staff and report findings
- Ability to work collaboratively in a construction environment
- Relevant certifications in health and safety are an advantage
- Experience in construction safety or a related field is preferred
