About the Position

As an Infant / Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. You’ll build meaningful relationships with infants and their families while supporting key milestones through engaging care and learning activities.

Qualifications - Requirements (Experience is a Must)
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a licensed childcare program.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • CDA (Child Development Associate) preferred or working toward one.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain upon hire).
  • Knowledge of infant/toddler development, health & safety practices, and licensing regulations.
  • Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and actively participate in daily infant/toddler care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide loving, responsive care that supports emotional and developmental growth.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and motor activities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
  • Observe, document, and communicate daily routines and milestones with parents.
  • Ensure compliance with all state licensing and health/safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with co-teachers and administrators to maintain a high-quality program.
