Position SummaryWe are hiring a Operations & Product Coordinator to drive efficiency and communication across our product intake, quoting, and sales support functions. This is a cross-functional role that supports our sales team, streamlines operations, and ensures accurate and timely onboarding of new products and services.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys juggling details, thrives on organization, and works well across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support- Generate accurate and timely quotes for customers and sales staff.
- Respond to product-related inquiries and provide support to the sales team.
- Ensure all quotes, proposals, and support documents reflect the most up-to-date pricing and product details.
- Manage the intake process for new products, including coordinating with vendors and internal teams to onboard SKUs, specs, and pricing.
- Maintain and update internal product catalogs, pricing sheets, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product, sales, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure product readiness, stock availability, and smooth launch processes.
- Track product status and assist with logistics, warehouse coordination, and internal updates related to product availability.
- Identify and recommend ways to streamline sales and operational workflows.
- Help implement new tools, templates, or tracking methods to improve internal efficiency.
- Maintain internal records and assist with data entry in systems such as CRM, ERP, or Google Sheets.
- Ensure alignment across departments by supporting documentation and process transparency.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, quoting, or product coordination.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables), and comfort with digital systems like CRM or ERP.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with a willingness to take ownership of processes.
- Experience with platforms like Quick Books, Zoho, or inventory systems is a plus.
