The Opportunity

The Client Partner is responsible for contract deliverables, including compliance reporting, financial reporting, and service level performance reporting. The partner ensures effective coordination and communication of client requests to meet client expectations and uphold the terms of the RFP and contract.

How you will contribute
  • Maintain ongoing, effective communications and service to current clients via on‑site meetings, conference calls, and day‑to‑day interaction.
  • Support Denta Quest leadership in administering the client’s program and communicating information accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and communicate client expectations to DQ leadership and staff, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships at various professional levels.
  • Coordinate and act as primary point of contact for client audits of Denta Quest programs, handling documentation requests, meeting organization, and auditor follow‑ups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with functional areas within Denta Quest to ensure effective contract performance.
  • Support innovative business practices and process improvement opportunities (e.g., P4Q, QARR, ER Diversion).
  • Monitor changes in regulations and fee schedules and communicate them to maintain compliance.
  • Perform functions that support timely and accurate reporting to clients.
  • Update Office Reference Manuals, implement corrective action plans, and organize client audits.
  • Develop and submit IODs based on CMS, market‑ or client‑specific program requirements.
  • Manage the process for obtaining program requirements, documentation, and special requests from clients.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on internal and external issues affecting market performance.
  • Represent Denta Quest at health fairs, conferences, and advisory meetings through the state.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring with you
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration (or related field) or equivalent, relevant work experience.
  • Five years’ experience working with external clients/customers and a proven track record of superior service.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of group benefits and consultative service delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with general computer software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound judgments based on available data with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Up to 15% local travel required.

  • Work schedule may vary based on project schedules.

  • Operate all job‑related office equipment efficiently.

Salary

Salary Range: $63,000 - $94,500. Base salary is determined by skills, experience, education, and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award based on individual and business performance.
