Responsibilities
- Receives customer service calls and enters in to dispatch system
- Receives quotes and inspection write-ups and enters in to dispatch system
- Assigns work orders to technicians
- Worksin concert withsales,fieldpersonneland customers for proper completion of service calls,quotesand inspections.
- Verifies weekly payroll for completeness and accuracy.
- Back up Refrigeration dispatcher, as needed.
- Receive and enter customer service calls for HVAC Service onto the dispatch board obtaining the proper information such as job location, billing address, phone number, contact, etc.
- Dispatch technicians for all HVAC service calls.
- Answer calls on serviceline andassisttechnicians with purchase orders and other requests.
- Assistin scheduling HVACservicemenfor service agreements and quoted work. Coordinate service-related work with other departments.
- Reconcile HVAC work orders weekly, making sure they are signed with the correct job info.
- Finalize
HVAC Technician payroll weekly. - Communicate with Management to help resolve issues between field/office.
- Issue
PO’sto field personnel. - Prepareon-call schedule.
- Provide back-upassistanceto HVAC and Refrigeration dispatchers when necessary.
- Anyadditionaltasksdeemednecessary by their supervisor.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEMinimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum three year’s Dispatcher experience.
HVAC experience is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such asworkorders, job write-upsand purchase orders.
Able to communicate effectively with alllevels ofthe organization.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Office Word Processing software.
