Litigation Paralegal

Lewis Rice has an immediate opening for a part-time or full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our downtown Kansas City team.

• Perform general case management, document production, and document management
• Draft discovery requests, deposition notices, subpoenas, and garnishments
• Assist with and attend depositions and trials
• Collect, organize, and summarize medical records and medical bills

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with case filings and electronic court docketing/filing systems
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a fun, fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Experience with Microsoft Office and trial software
