Mercy & Truth Healthcare Ministry is hiring a positive, detail-oriented, and highly personable Executive Administrator to support our CEO. This role is key to our day-to-day leadership operations and requires a tech-savvy, organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.

• Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings with staff and community partners.
• Write professional emails and take notes based on verbal direction and collaboration.
• Prepare board packets and meeting materials with precision and timeliness.
• Maintain both digital and paper files in a structured, accessible system.
• Troubleshoot basic tech issues and manage office equipment (printer, scanner, etc.).
• Serve as CEO’s liaison—communicating clearly with staff and community when needed.
• Multi-tasking priorities and meeting deadlines with professionalism and positivity.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and use discretion in sensitive matters.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Calm under pressure and able to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Personable, coachable, and collaborative team player.
• Discreet and professional in all interactions.

• 3+ years in an executive or administrative support role is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or mission-driven settings is a benefit.
