Role Overview

The Sr. Admission Counselor will guide students in academic planning, course/program selection, and career pathways. This includes admissions support, personalized counseling, progress monitoring, and ensuring students academic well-being.

The role requires close collaboration with faculty and administrative teams to create a supportive and student-centered learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide academic and career counseling to students.
Assist students with admissions guidance and academic program/course selection.
Conduct personalized counseling sessions and develop academic plans.
Track student performance and offer timely support to overcome academic challenges.
Conduct workshops/seminars on academic planning and career readiness.
Collaborate with faculty and administrative departments to support student success.

Qualifications & Requirements

2 to 5 years of experience in academic counseling, educational advising, or related roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in student guidance, academic advising, and career counseling.
Experience in higher education is preferred.
Masters degree is mandatory (MBA preferred/required) in Education, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
