Key Responsibilities
• Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner

• Handle incoming calls, transfer them to concerned staff, and take messages when required

• Maintain visitor records and inform concerned employees about arrivals

• Monitor entry and exit at the reception area

• Receive and dispatch couriers, letters, and parcels

• Provide basic administrative support as assigned

• Handle petty cash, receive payments and issue receipts as required

• Make basic voucher entries in Tally and assist with simple accounts-related tasks

Requirements
• Minimum graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in front desk/reception role preferred

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)

• Working knowledge of Tally and ability to do basic voucher entries

• Good communication skills
