Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Kanpur Nagar. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial statements, maintaining bookkeeping records, and ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. The role also involves monitoring budgets, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to support financial processes and decision-making.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and bookkeeping.
Experience in preparing tax filings, handling audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to handle numerical data accurately and efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Prior experience in the manufacturing or agriculture industry is a plus.
