• Ensure area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling returns; zoning the area; arranging and organizing merchandise; and identifying shrink and damages.
• Provide member service by maintaining exit areas; reviewing member receipts; acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting members with purchasing decisions; and helping members locate merchandise.
• Provide member service by maintaining the self-checkout area; resolving member issues and concerns; promoting Sam's Club products and services; guiding members on self-service technology; processing member purchases; assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types; assisting members with transactions using the self-checkout area.
• Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity per company policies; maintaining paperwork, logs, and other required documentation; executing emergency response procedures; and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, procedures, and new technology/tool functionality; deliver new program rollout training; and provide continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; identifying improvement opportunities; and adapting to change, difficulties, and feedback.
• Contribute to a positive member experience and help achieve organizational objectives through teamwork and effective service delivery.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
