Position Title

Suite Attendant (Part-Time Seasonal) at Atrium Health Park

$12.00 to $12.00 per hour

Seasonal event‑based role, from April through September.

• Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space; take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up to assist with additional needs.
• Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets and allergens; advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested.
• Communicate directly with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
• Maintain exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and patience when interacting with guests and staff.
• Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests; ensure sanitation standards.
• Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
• Promptly address complaints, relaying relevant information to supervisor.
• Ensure suite or premium space is properly set up before and after service periods and kept clean.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
• Work with staff from other departments to perform duties during special events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit.
